Over 50 Stoughton Boy Scout Troops planted 24 trees with the help of the Dane County Tree
Board at the new Westview Park on Saturday, April 22, 2006 in Stoughton, Wisconsin.
Dane County Tree Board members met with the boy scouts and their leaders the Thursday before
the event to talk about trees, proper planting techniques and tree care for years to come. Some
of the scouts even tried on a tree climbing saddle.
